Compatibility between UnifAce 10.4.2.0-018 and UnifAce 10.4.2.0-049

We want to upgrade from version UnifAce 10.4.2.0-018 to version UnifAce 10.4.2.0-049.
in particular because of the  bug UNI-32008  in the grid : "Grid context menu no longer appears after right-click in Uniface 10"
As this problem only affects a few customers and other customers don't "like" to install a new version every month, we are thing about to use UnifAce 10.4.2.0-049 in development.
We advise the customers who use the grid to upgrade, the other customers can stay with UnifAce 10.4.9.0-18.

Is this possible?
i.e. can we deploy UnifAce forms compiled under 10.4.2.0-049 to customers still using 10.4.9.0-18?
