When editinig a frame, on right side you see the properties of objects.
If you have a longer value-representation-list, the ellipsis for the details is hidden behin the scrollbar
Is this a comom problem and if yes, how to solve?

I guess you are not using the latest patch?
This looks like issue 32141 that was fixed with patch 10.3.02.042.
