I just installed the 10.3.02-019 patch and then saw this. The application did present itself but this window was lurking in the background. I've never seen this before so I thought I'd see if anyone else has before.

Yes, that will be fixed in the next patch (10.3.02.020).

Just a quick update: we've unfortunately found a problem with the fix for the Sentinel errorcode issue and had to remove it from patch 10.3.02.020. A solution will be provided (if everything goes according to plan) with the next patch 10.3.02.021 (scheduled for December 11). We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

The mentioned problem has been fixed now with patch 10.3.02.021. For details see:
