IDE 10.3 slower on Azure VDI

Anyone else faced the next issue ? And found a solution to it?
Since we moved our Uniface IDE to Azure VDI it is slower (and thus much less user-friendly). Other programs like IntellJ or SqlDbx aren't impacted negatively by this VDI migration.

Our Uniface version is the next:

Release:  10.3.02
Update:   10.3.02.037 (037 0730_1)
Platform: W10
Date:     July 30, 2020
