Install uniface 10

hi guys try install uniface 10 in my computer but after i click on the button "finish" (checkbox start has been marked) the uniface load and close, i can't insert my id on the system, and i can`t  use the uniface 10.

can help me?

    Have you tried activating your entitlement id with the ulic Tool ( In Start menu License Activation (Cloud Standalone)) ?
