Is there any application migrated from U9 to U10 up and running?

Is there anyone who already migrated a desktop application from Uniface 9 to Uniface 10.3? Is it a smooth process? Is it comparable to previous migrations (U8 → U9 or even U7 → U8)? Is it easier or the same or worse?

I have tried to migrate a desktop application to experience the migration process. The application is build with Uniface 9.7.04 G404 . I have exported the complete repository and imported it in a clean Uniface 10.3.01.006 repository. The ide migrated the sources for me. I have to compare the used ini- and asn-files to get these in line with the U10.3 default ones and made some corrections.  After that I did compile all components. A few (about 5) components did not compile due to deprecated code. These errors have been corrected in U10.3 and have been recompiled. All warnings have been ignored at this moment. These warnings should be investigate when the real migration should take place.

I have done some small tests to see if the application was running as with the U9.7 version. I used the same database to do so. I did not notice any differences.

I have done some migrations in the pass for U8 to U9 migrations. These migrations needed more rework to get the full compilation to be successful.

I would say it is easier to migrate from U9.7 to U10.3.
