Mouse pointer lost

Hello,

We sometimes have problem with mouse pointer in Uniface application : the pointer is visible ouside the Uniface application but as soon as we move above the most externe component called by start-up-shell, it disappears. The only way to see it again is to close the runtime and re-open it.

Have you ever seen that ?

We have this problem in 9.6 and 10.4 on several windows platform.

    Yes, we have seen that as well. Is this local on the client, or are you using RDP/Uniface Anywhere?

    Yes, we have seen that as well. Is this local on the client, or are you using RDP/Uniface Anywhere?

    Yes.... Happens for us after a lost RDP connection

    If RDP is faulty or interrupted, the RDP software sometimes forgets the current status of the mouse and keyboard. 
    This can lead to very strange phenomena :-)
