New Wishes

Peter just suggested on another post that we create a wish for control of formatting in the proc editor. 

Unfortunately, I still can't seem to create a wish at all, for anything. It does at least appear to have stopped giving an error and does display the wishes, but there's no add option I can see.

I've run into similar situations after interface updates where a familiar feature suddenly seems to vanish.
A practical takeaway is to check whether permissions or project visibility have changed, much like happy birthday wishes to police officer are easier to find when everything is organized in the right place.

That distinction between the support desk project and the wishes project is the key clue here. If the wishes list now displays but still has no add option, it sounds more like a permission or project-access issue than a simple missing button. It would help to confirm whether other users can still create UNP wishes, since that would narrow down whether this is account-specific or a wider change to the wishes workflow.
