Open/Otherwise cases transferred from old site.

Was there a cutoff date on the cases transferred? I can't find any old ones, and some of my open cases which had been open for more than a few years are also not there. 

Could also be because I have changed email address (IT department 'rules').

    Thanks for raising this. I can see that some of your cases are assigned to some generic account. Not sure what happened here. The data looks okay in the old system. Will ask that someone has a look at this. We'll keep you posted.
