Problem with PDF printing

my first gotfeel is your problem has nothing to do with Uniface itself.

We print tons of PDF files using Uniface over a Ghostscript PDF printer without any hiccups.

IMHO you should look more deeply into your solution to generate PDF file.

We're not doing anything strange.

The report is developed in Uniface with "print /preview "<<model>>", "C""

When we get the preview we press print and select the printer "Microsoft PDF".

the "C" means to clear the data.

PrintMode

• A (All)—print the form or report component and all data in the hitlist.
• C—like All, but clear the data from memory after printing. It is recommended that you use C when writing reports or report-like forms.
• F (Current component and data)—print the entire form or report component and all data currently in it.
• S (Screen)—in character mode, print what is on the screen. In GUI mode, same as F.

Hi Pedro,

If the suggestion from Norbert is related to your case the printing action after the first one will get an empty printout, only the structure but no data.

Otherwise, would you like to clarify what you mean by "distorted"? Could you give us an example somehow?

Buenas tardes, seguimos con el problema de impresión.  El error del pdf parece estar resuelto con una actualización del servidor.

Existe otro problema. Al solicitar en "Vista Previa" en una computadora procesa una línea mas lo que lo que conlleva a un salto de página y en otras no. Existe algún parámetro para controlar la "Vista Previa".

Alguna idea?
