Rocket Uniface Pulse | October 2026
Explore the Uniface roadmap, modernization value, AI, observability, and ways to shape future customer programs.
Hi, Uniface Community!
Modernization is not a single project or one-time upgrade. It is an ongoing path toward easier development, greater visibility, stronger application foundations, and the ability to take advantage of new capabilities as they become available.
In this month’s Uniface Pulse, we are connecting the latest roadmap conversation to practical customer value, including modernization, AI-assisted development, observability, and developer productivity.
See What’s Next for Rocket Uniface
Join the Rocket Uniface product team for a roadmap conversation focused on modernization, AI, and what’s next for the platform. The session will provide visibility into current priorities, evolving capabilities, and the direction shaping future Uniface application development.
You will also hear how roadmap themes connect to customer needs, including application modernization, developer productivity, observability, and readiness for the latest capabilities.
Michael Taylor, Product Manager for Rocket Uniface, gives an inside look at Rocket's roadmap for modernization, AI-assisted development, observability, migration acceleration, and future platform innovation on November 4 at 10:00 a.m. ET. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions directly of the product team.

Meet the Team: Jason Huggins
Senior Director, Enablement & Education
This month, we're shining a spotlight on Jason Huggins, a lifelong Uniface enthusiast with more than 30 years of experience delivering solutions, leading teams, and helping customers succeed around the globe. Jason specializes in web solutions, security, complex integrations, and education, and currently leads Rocket's Enablement & Education efforts.
When he's not working with customers and partners, Jason stays busy kayaking, kickboxing, cycling, climbing, snowboarding, building cars, playing drums, cooking, tinkering with electronics, and volunteering as a scout leader. He also enjoys robotics, coding, AI, and just about any activity involving learning something new.
Fun fact: Jason has taken flying lessons and tried indoor skydiving because apparently gravity wasn't challenging enough.

Get More from the Uniface Investment You Already Have
Modernization does not always mean replacing what works. For many organizations, the right path begins with strengthening the applications, processes, and development practices already in place.
Staying current can help teams access the latest capabilities, improve developer productivity, simplify ongoing maintenance, strengthen observability, and create a more adaptable foundation for future business requirements. The goal is not change for its own sake. It is helping teams reduce friction, manage risk, and continue delivering value from their Uniface investment.

AI, Observability and the Evolving Developer Experience
AI-assisted development, OpenTelemetry, version control, and modern development practices are not isolated topics. Together, they reflect how the developer experience is evolving and how organizations can gain greater insight into application behavior while helping teams work more efficiently.
As these capabilities continue to develop, the most important question is how they can address real customer priorities. The upcoming roadmap discussion is an opportunity to hear more, ask questions, and share the outcomes that matter most to your organization.
