Sentinel error

Hi, 

We are trying to configure and use Sentinel but seeing an issue.During the RMS install we provided the installer with path to the license file .The install hppened without any issues. Now when trying to open IDE, we get some license errors. When checking RMS log I see the following errors:

Sentinel RMS 9.8.0.1003: 4 :Feb 01 09:18:00 :Process(2504) :730E837D98B751A8, Line 709
Error# : 272 : Couldn't find(read) server configuration file. Acting NON-REDUNDANT
Sentinel RMS 9.8.0.1003: 4 :Feb 01 09:18:20 :Process(2504) :E3D5FDA4B1740375, Line 105
Error# : 2 : ERR_CLIENT_EXISTS
Sentinel RMS 9.8.0.1003: 4 :Feb 01 09:18:20 :Process(2504) :CE971E8B59EC8110, Line 2716
Error# : 11 : ERR_DIFF_APPLN

What does this mean? We are using v10.03.03.

    Hi Shalini,

    the RMS services is the replacement of the previous DLM Service and can only handle network  (concurrent) licenses.
    If you have correctly used the Entitlement you received, we need to know the Entitlement you received.
    As the Entitlement is NOT a public sharable item, to be able to be of assistance, can you please create a support ticket?
    State in there the EID, the output when running the Uniface application with $ioprint=64 and any relevant information you think will help us in getting this working.
