Trick for naming version installs.

On out development server, we have several installs of uniface for different uses (devel, testing, ‘live’ etc.) 
Some of these I can tell apart in the “Programs and Features” because they are different versions or patches. Others I cannot. 
Having just uninstalled the wrong version in an attempt to fix another problem, the question is. 

Is there a trick to naming the installations inthe Programs and features MMC so we can tell them apart. The info gives us version and install date, but not install path, and I can’t see any sensible way to differentiate them.

So, I’ve found manually editing in the registry editor, but finding the relevant installs is a bit of a pain…

Just write a little UnifAce programm to set the proper registry entries
