About Info vanishes from startpage when reducing application window.

If I run U10 in fullscreen mode, the compilation-infos are shown in the lower right next to facebook etc. links. If I reduce the window, this info is visible for some time, but further reduction makes this area disappear completely. And this area can not be made visible by scrolling downthe application window or form container. For a windows user since decades, this is pretty strange. P.S. I'm aware that there is an "about" in the  "Junior Menu"
