U10.3: improvement for Install_info.txt

During the installation process, there are a lot of parameters to enter: In the dialog before the final "go ahead", we get a complete list of our choices like Program Folder, Installation Path, Portnumbers etc. But if you do not copy&paste these lines, the information is lost (at least I haven't found a protocol). For documentation purposes it would be an improvement if the summary is added to Install_Info.txt
