New look and feel to .info
Author: adrian.gosbell@synapse-i.jp (Adrian Gosbell)
I hope it's pretty obvious that there is a new look and feel to the site. Please post any findings in this thread and we'll start to work through them. As some background. The main reasons were to get the menu navigation more usable. This is because we have, and will add more as a result of our extraction from Compuware and moving away from Frontline. We know the links into the online call tracking need to be better, but this is dependent on us moving to a new CRM system (which is in hand). This site is now responsive, meaning it's mobile device friendly. There are some glitches to iron out, and we are working through those. Next steps: Moving the Uniface documentation onto the site. (and implementing a mechanism to automatically update it as a result of our software build processes) Move the known bug lists onto the site (and implement a *decent* search mechanism to make it usable). Implement the technical partner (eXtensions program) information. Establish a download/distribution site for the software (you don't want to know the legal requirements for this).

but we do seem to have lost the new comment/post markers you guys worked so hard to put in. With the time not showing on recent threads, it's now impossible to see if someone replied to the question one just put up without clicking in to all the ones dated today to check them. The new colours are nice, and the subtle change to the layout puts the forum higher up the page, for which thank you, but I'd really like the new comment markers back... Iain
