UW32 feature has been replaced by the UWALL feature
With effect from the February 2013 release (patch X102), the UW32 has been replaced by the UWALL platform feature.
When customers have previously been issued the UW32 feature, it will continue to be recognized by Sentinel/DLM).
The UW32 feature has been replaced by the UWALL platform feature, which will enable both 32 and 64 bit platforms.
When for instance the UW81 platform feature is not available in the license file the UWALL platform feature will be checked out, and when the UWALL platform feature is not available in the license file the UW32 platform feature will be checked out.

UWXP feature stopped
We stopped supporting Windows XP in April 2014, when Microsoft also ended the Windows XP extended support program.
All Uniface maintenance provided after April 2014 will have the Windows XP feature removed.
This means that Uniface 9.6.05 (or the MX04 maintenance) and any future Uniface maintenance will NOT run on Windows XP, except when the customer has the UWXP_EXT feature.

UESC and USRVESC Feature
Starting Uniface 9.7.05 and Uniface 10.3.01, (released August 8, 2018) customers need to have the UESC (Enhanced Security) feature included in their License File to be able to run Uniface 9.7.05, Uniface 10.3.01 and later versions of Uniface.
This feature is a counting feature and will be checked on start of Development or Runtime Uniface.
For the use with the Userver, the same functionality is called USRVESC.
The implementation of the USRVESC feature check in the Uniface (9.7.05.009, 10.3.01.009) product, came later than the UESC check (9.7.05.000). To avoid customers of requiring a new license file when it has the UESC feature but not the USRVESC, a fall back test is done to the UESC feature when the USRVESC feature fails on checkout.
