Issue Number	Description
31555	The webget command may now return error -259 () in $procerror. We recommend that you always check $procerror after webget and before calling webgen.
Doc maintenance	Added more information and examples on defining the expression for the u_condition clause in read and select_db ProcScript statements.
Doc maintenance	Clarified use of wildcards in the DirPath parameter of $dirlist.
