We would like to inform you of an issue that affected the Windows installation packages made available for download prior to Friday August 28.
During the release of version 10.4.04-000, the Windows distribution packages were inadvertently built with incorrect software versions. As a result, the originally published packages contain some outdated versions of bundled dependencies that were not intended for this release.
To correct this, we have rebuilt and republished the following Windows deliverables:
- Windows edist installer
- Windows patch installer
- Windows Community Edition installer
The updated packages, which contain the correct software versions, have been uploaded to the customer portal download site.
Action Required
To ensure your environment includes the corrected software versions, please re-download the Windows distribution package, uninstall the current installation, and perform a new clean installation.
We recommend re-downloading the package even if you have not yet installed it, to ensure you are using the updated version of the installer.
