Hey guys, not sure if anything went through an update or change but I am having problems with the display requirements for my reflection workspaces.  Today when I logged onto my computer, I went to open the usual six different sessions that I have equally adjusted in window size to fit my 1920x1080 screen.  However, it now seems that I'm constricted to a minimum width/height for each session and can only fit four on my screen because I can't adjust them any smaller in width or height.  Seems to be a limit? Does anyone have a solution?  I'm literally taking about the window size of the session and I can't seem to figure it out.#Reflection

Hello!In another thread, Jonathan indicated:"At 11.3.1 python was added for Windows and Linux only. If you want to use python on another platform you will have to upgrade past 11.3.1. Solaris was added at 11.3.2 , Aix was added at 12.1.1 and currently is not available for HP."According to the release notes, Python has been supported in UniVerse on AIX since 11.3.2, same as Solaris. I'm evaluating Micro Focus Enterprise Developer to determine if it can be used for developing our IMS application. Over the years, we've spent vast amounts of effort on performance improvement. A key component is caching: we run as a Reusable Runtime Environment, so once a program is loaded, it stays loaded along with all of its memory. This enables us to trade higher one-time processing for much lower processing on subsequent transactions. From what I can see, the closest MFED ES can come to this is ES_IMS_CANCEL_MODE=D (or L, if we remove all of our DLITCBL entry points). But when I try ES_IMS_CANCEL_MODE=D, it doesn't work. I executed the same transaction twice in a row in the same message region, and on the second time all of the program's working storage was reset back to the initial state. Is there a trick to getting ES_IMS_CANCEL_MODE=D to work? I'm wondering if it is just keeping the program DLLs loaded but still freeing all of the working storage.#IMS#EnterpriseDeveloper#ims

As a normal practice I wouldn't be posting example code onto the forum unless someone was needing help about a specific problem. We did have a question come in from a customer this week asking for a new conversion code be added to UniData. This brought up a couple of interesting subjects. The customer was not aware that you could write your own code following a template to create your own conversion codes. Reflection Desktop 17.0.1 is an update that requires the Reflection Desktop 17.0.0 to be installed before it will install. Two separate downloads are required in the SLD portal. Download and install Reflection Desktop version 17.0.0 and then download and install Reflection Desktop version 17.0.1. When trying to install Reflection Desktop 17.0.1 on a machine that doesn't have 17.0.0 installed, you get the error: "No local installation was found which can be updated with this update."
