No supported signature schemes exist SSH.   I know that upgrading these to 8.1.2 corrects the issue, but we have over 200 installs of AccuTerm that we need to upgrade, but would like to upgrade Solaris first.  Any solutions?

Hi all, i have a bit of an issue with U2 ODBC trying to connect to uniVerse DB. I installed (at the then time v530 of client tools (ODBC 64bit) onto a workstation and then i was able to connect to the DB and query. Since then i have installed ODBC tools onto another workstation/pc/server (both on premise and within Azure) and completed the same setups i did previously but on these they do not work. i keep getting the same error message (as shown at the bottom of this post) i cannot use the existing workstaiton/PC as that client is not the one i will be completing the connection from when in prod (as it is my workstation used for testing) and also cannot use as unirpc is locked down to specific IP (the new workstation/PC i want to use in Azure).  With this being said, if i try to install ODBC onto another workstation, same result, doesn't connect. i am using both the ODBC Tester from the ODBC tools and the Test Connection option from windows (ODBC Data Sources 64-Bit) after creat

I inherited an old MVBase system running on windows.  I tried SH and CMD and cannot shell out.  Is this possible?  Also, I would like to make a file pointer to a directory in windows.  Is this possible?  I found that I can use a UOPEN to open an os file and write to a file.

Hi everyone. Like, I think, the majority of users of the forum, I'm receiving emails when something is posted on one of the forums of the Rocket's product I use (in my case, Uniface). Lately, on this particular thread (General Discussion & Announcements) it seems that there are a lot of posts seeking for support on particular technologies (Cobol, Red Hat, ChangeMan ZMF (?), etc.) that I think doen't belong in this part of the forum : "For topics unrelated to a Rocket product, such as general news, questions about the forum itself, etc." Is it because there are not forums for those technologies ? Or maybe there are no moderators to move topics in the right place ? Anyway, and all my apologies if I might look annoying, but opening lots of mail that doesn't concern me is a bit time wasting, and I think maybe other thinks like me. Has anyone successfully installed the ibm_db extension on z/OS USS to go along with the Rocket Python3.6 distribution? Not finding any z/OS ibm_db installation driver version or any instructions anywhere to work with python and DB2 on z/OS.

These forums require a regular login. Specifically they offer the option of a 30 day login, which I always choose. However I am usually requested to login again after 4-5 days. I've been working with a friend on setting up a website that uses the U2 RESTful server.  My friend's been doing most of the work. It's been in development but there's a lot of things working. We named the rest server "rest_test". That's not a name that works for production so I'd like to rename it. The problem is, if I right-click on the server in the U2 REST Servers panel the rename function is disabled. I've tried copying the folder to a different name, exporting and importing it. No combination of steps has worked. I also don't like the number of steps you have to go through to "deploy" a rest server.  Export the file to a zip, unzip it, go to the u2restdeploy folder run the batch file to start the deploy tool, define where you want the files to be deployed to...  This is not a good model if you've got multiple developers making local changes that need to be moved to the server. So here are my questions: How do you rename a rest server? Are there easier ways to go d
