I observed this issue occurring again. Before restarting the services, I collected all the logs. Although the services appear to be up and running, they remain inaccessible. Hi Unifacers, I have Uniface community edition installed on my PC in a Virtual Machine. After an upgrade of VM software layer last october Uniface stopped to work, claiming license NOT available on this machine. After reading the FAQ I have:- Returned the license- Re-activated license again using my same UUID Now the license is recognized again and the IDE is correctly starting, but unfortunately is not upgrading anymore. On the same machine I was able to upgrade from U10.4.03.001 (the one installed for Uniface User Group in A'dam last october) to U10.4.03.002 using the standard procedure: starting the installation it recognized it was already installed and upgrade the installation available. Doing now the same action with U10.4.03.006 is claiming:Setup cannot install in the selected folder because it is not empty, it appears to already contain an installation of a different product or edition. We are running into interfaces with Shopify, who is moving to GraphQL as it's standard and Rest APIs  are considered legacy. Hello, Uniface can create the Table-Statements with "Create Table and/or RI Scripts". With field syntax "MAN" I can create the " NOT NULL " Statement. But how to create a " DEFAULT 'T' " Statement? Posting some comments from a customer in hopes of starting a conversation.VS Code has been available now for some time and there are some powerful Extensions (plugins) that have become popular for development on IBMi.One of the popular Extension we're using internally is 'Code for IBM i'.  While reviewing current conversations (e.g. Ryver, other Open Source for I resources...) we've seen some users exploring this as an alternative to Rational / RDi and use of Plugins for Eclipse (currently supported for both LMe and LMi).I've used the Code for i Extension locally for some dev work while using its emulator for direct LMi actions (Checkout, Create, Checkin, Task association - 5250j required on the i). We recently upgraded our application using U2.Data.Client from version 3.1.1.0 to 3.1.2.0, and we are encountering a different kind of issue with multithreading. Issue on Version 3.1.1.0 Previously, in version 3.1.1.0, our server would spike the CPU usage to 100% and remain at that level. In VSCode Marketplace - ZMF Explorer Prerequisites just lists Zowe and "Access to ChangeMan ZMF subsytems": https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Micro-Focus-AMC.zmfexplorer&ssr=false#overview Is there a full prerequisites detailed list? I may presume that also setting up a proper infrastructure for ZMF Rest Services is a prerequiste but I still haven't found a documentation about what must be implemented for getting the ZMF Explorer or ChangeMan ZMF plugin for zowe CLI to work properly. I'm reading the 8.3.0 ChangeMan manual "REST Services Getting Started Guide" but is focused on Jenkins. Just setting up the Tomcat on z/OS and make the basic REST API available would be enough? I'm using the latest U2 64-+Bit ODBC Driver Version 7.241.02.9004.The ODBC Connection tests successfully and works perfectly in applications that use ODBC, such as Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Power BI Desktop.I am running a freshly installed local instance of Microsoft SQL Server Developer (64-bit) 15.0.2000.5 on Windows 10 Pro locally.I created a Linked Server connection using the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers and it connects to the U2 database successfully, listing out all of the table names.  However, I cannot see any columns, nor can I query any data from the U2 tables.If I try scripting a select statement from a table, it says:[MYU2DATABASENAME]...[MYTABLENAME] contains no columns that can be selected or the current user does not have permissions on that object.Again, I can select all columns and data from these U2 Universe tables using the same credentials in other applications via ODBC.I need to be able to query data via a SQL Server Linked Server co

I'm trying to get ssh working into a Windows 2022 system with UniVerse via openssh. It works much better than the last time I tried it, but for one problem: the escape key. The problem is that the escape key is not passed to UniVerse. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions or has managed to get this going? Let me illustrate this a little. If I ssh into the Windows server, CD to a UniVerse account, and run the uv (or uvsh) command, and then run the following program: GETKEY 0001 PRINT 'This will list the ASCII code of the key pressed until you hit "Q"' 0002 loop 0003 c = keyin() 0004 print seq(c) 0005 until c = 'Q' ! c = 'q' do repeat It returns the ASCII code for any key I press - except for the ESC key, when it simply doesn't respond. We are working with a 3rd party and they will need to get data to the repository on a regular basis.  The third party uses an AWS storage solution, S3, which uses an access key-pair to access.
