I've noticed that a number of lppick processes are hanging around long after they should have exited.  I've seen this in v9, but I figured it was just a bug that would get resolved with v10.3.4.  Apparently not. :( Example: In the past, I've just killed these processes but before I go about that this time, I wanted to find out if there was something I can do to ensure that it doesn't keep happening. I should note that this isn't isolated to one of my plants - here's the list from my other plant: Both hosts are on RHEL 9.4 and using D3 v10.3.4. What do I need to do in order to keep these orphan processes from stacking up? Getting failures and errors when trying to import tkinter on AIX 7.2. Hello,  I'm converting an application from an equipment supplier, and he provided me with a C# source. I tried to convert from C# to Cobol, using the "OpenText C# to Micro Focus Visual Cobol Translator" tool, but it is giving me an erro in one of the parts. Hello, we use the USERSEC XML to check the CMN authorizations 'online' (during execution of rexx-programs). Hi, I am putting on endusers' shoes for time being... ;-) A standard Uniface multi row entity (not GRID!) enable to navigate through occurrences positioning mouse over scroll bar and using mouse wheel. My actual Microsoft Excel installation enable to move through its rows positioning mouse over scroll bar and using mouse wheel. Is it possible in a Uniface GRID entity to have same navigation behaviour? I've tried in my current U97 project (still! sigh...) but I was not able to have it working... didn't try yet in U104... was it improved? I read a post from 2018 that listed Gold key alternatives to the + key on the numeric keypad for laptops that don't have a numeric keypad. We are a Windows shop and use a slightly modified version of the MSWINX keyboard table in the USYS library. A suggested alternative was ctrl+shift+F1 which is coded as ^131^101 ^GOLD in the keyboard table. However, this does not work; it pops up a Windows "Search for apps, settings, and documents" window. Another suggestion was ctrl+shift+G (coded as ^131G ^GOLD in the table). This works in the runtime environment but not in the IDE. Looking for solutions to this issue. I have installed the DBTOOLS BASIC DEVELOPER TOOL KIT but I am having issues. Here is some info and a couple of issues I am having and would like some suggestions or advice on what to do next or what I may have done wrong.  We went through the install steps and see these were installed. The BDT launches but fails to update the subroutines. I set permissions on the folder to /usr/ibm/uv/BP.O to write for everyone but it still fails. When connecting I get the following messages and click OK to update. I have set the permissions to the folder so that everyone has write permissions but still get this error. Since the program launches, I decide to try something simple like opening a program but get this error. The source code does exist in file of the shown in the VOC of CK.DATE. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have one user who has severe mouse problems inside a spreadsheet that has been executed from AccuTerm.  If the same spreadsheet is opened from Excel itself or from the file explorer, everything works normally.  The problem is a severe lag in any mouse commands.  If the user clicks on a cell, it is 2 to 5 seconds before the cell that was clicked on becomes selected.  If the user tries to drag a selection in order to select multiple cells, there is also a severe lag. The user is on the latest version of Accuterm I have which is 8.1.2.1137.  The mouse pattern file is identical to what I and other people are using. Has anyone encountered this before?

We have version 6.2 installed on our systems and version 7 on another.  We have experienced issues with version 7 in that on occasion when we preform a recycle it gets hung up, this has been an issue since last summer, we have been told it is some sort of memory overlay issue and Rocket Support is trying to work with IBM to come up with a fix, as such we were advised not to upgrade our 6.2 environment to version 7.  I am just wondering if anyone else in the community has run into this issue or if its unique to my organization. ------------------------------Brian StahlSenior Mainframe Systems EngineerRocket Forum Shared Account------------------------------

We run d3 on an Windows Server 2008 Can someone describe how to move d3 to a new server (windows 2012)? eg;  Download installer to create the d3 environment Move live data from current server to new server. This is probably an easy question for someone but I dont know the answer. I just switched to a new job and their wildcards seem to be prime like instead of PICK like...for instance - where I used to type 'SELECT VOC = "[KH]"' they are typing 'SELECT VOC WITH @ID LIKE "...KH..."' Can someone tell me if this is a UDT option? term type? some other setting that I can adjust? I can of course just get used to the new syntax but was wondering why it is different.
