udt - I have made some progress - it is now connecting to one of the DBs (XDEMO) however when we change to connect to another no success.

I've added a screenshot of where the issue is coming from when changed:

Do you have experience with unirpc on the other account ? 

May I suggest you check the account definition in udtaccount and compare the login proc (VOC accountname or LOGIN) ?

Hi, Magdelene.

Could you please check with "$UDTHOME\\include\\ud_database" file to see if you have account information defined in it?
Currently there is a known issue for UD account connection, the account name must be defined in the "ud_database" file, or the connection would be failed.

Thank you - I am now connected to the db and have included the files i need from the server - however i cannot see the file items displayed, is there specific configs I need to do or am I missing something?
