Meet the Team

Jyoti Singh – Senior Engineering Manager & Product Owner

What’s your role within Rocket Uniface, and what do you enjoy most about it?

I am a Senior Engineering Manager and Product Owner, leading a talented and diverse team of professionals with varied expertise, experience, and perspectives. My journey with Rocket Uniface began over 13 years ago as a Software Developer. Since then, I have embraced multiple roles and continuously expanded my knowledge across different areas of the product.
What I value most about my career is the constant challenge and opportunity to grow. Every day brings new learning experiences, and I am encouraged to take on responsibilities beyond my prior experience. This culture of trust and support allows me to approach challenges without fear of failure—only with the mindset of learning and improving.

What’s one Uniface feature or capability you think customers should know more about?

Uniface’s web development capability stands out because it offers a complete end-to-end stack for building modern web applications—unlike many other tools that provide only standalone components. With Uniface UX, designed to deliver an enhanced user experience, customers can seamlessly transition from traditional client-server applications to the web. This reduces complexity and lowers the barriers to modernization, enabling faster development and a smoother migration path.

What’s something fun or unexpected about you outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m the CEO of a small but dynamic organization—my family! Managing two energetic kids teaches me more about negotiation and time management than any leadership course. Parenting two small kids while leading at work has taught me the ultimate skill: staying calm under pressure and finding joy in the chaos.
