Here are some frequently asked questions we receive often about AI Predictive Pulse – our AI Insights engine in Zena, Zeke, and Enterprise Orchestrator products. Can you integrate with Tidal, Control-M or IBM TWS? Yes, we know our customers have different schedulers and we want to make sure you have visibility across your entire ecosystem. AI Predictive Pulse can provide a holistic view across a broad range of workload automation tools including Zeke/Zena/Control-M, Autosys, IBM TWS, ROBOT (IBM i) and many more. Think if it as a heterogeneous enterprise view of all your jobs. How do we manage access to AI? This is a cloud-based managed service, so it’s not the same login that you use for Zeke/Zena but it’s a private and secure. You manage access. Where is the data for AI Predictive Pulse stored? This is a SaaS service but there is also a local on-prem database that stores all the info in the DB. It is a single instance per customer so there’s no data sharing. The only

I'm in a situation where I am looking to use the Zena Flow construct, i.e. I've never used it before and am trying to figure out how it works. The scenario is that in a previous task, I procure a variable, [TASK.VARIABLE.gl_parse] which is passed on to subsequent tasks. I then want to call certain tasks that call certain APIs in the subsequent tasks, depending on the value in [TASK.VARIABLE.gl_parse]. I believe the Flow Construct would be the route to go here. But what would the coding look like? I gather it is in the Value section of the Flow Construct: But how would it work here? I'm thinking check the value of [TASK.VARIABLE.gl_parse], and then would need to call the corresponding API task. But how would that work exactly? Assume there are REST Web Services defined, and they are to be called depending on the value stored in [TASK.VARIABLE.gl_parse]. ------------------------------Scott LackeyRocket Software Forum Member------------------------------
Rocket Zena and Enterprise Orchestrator (EO) has a RESTful API interface that allows you to interact with the system programmatically. This means you can integrate Zena and EO with other applications, automate tasks, and access data in a flexible and efficient way. If you’re looking for RESTful API documentation, login to your Zena or Enterprise Orchestrator instance, in the top right-hand corner you’ll see the menu option (as shown below) If there’s any out-of-the-box integrations you’d like to see in the future, comment them below.------------------------------Olivia SultanovSolution Marketing ManagerRocket Forum Shared Account------------------------------

Instead of running tasks every half hour to check for files, Director Monitor automates the process for you. It detects when a file appears in a specific directory and ensures it’s triaged to the right process based on your needs. Did you know you can add multiple source paths to the source path field by using a comma-separated list of fully qualified paths? If you need to monitor a specific file across multiple locations, you can include all the paths in a single line. This means one directory monitor can check multiple folders simultaneously. For example, you can use one source path line to monitor files in both folder A and folder B. The file monitor will then automatically search both locations for files 1, 2, 3, and 4, saving you the trouble of manually checking each folder separately. Here’s how it works across retail and banking industries: Retail: Most retailers have a file listing what was sold. Director Monitor moves it to a directory for processing, helping you track sales

If you’re troubleshooting an application in Zena or Enterprise Orchestrator, you need to check the status of a specific job flow and keep an eye on the overall system health. Without tabs, you’d be switching between different windows or views, losing your train of thought and wasting precious time. Here’s a quick post on how to open multiple tabs in Zena and Enterprise Orchestrator’s UI so you never have to lose your train of thought again. With multiple tabs, you have the option to rearrange tabs. As shown in the diagram below, you have the option to close tabs, close other tabs, or close all tabs. This capability is available in operations and authoring pane. ------------------------------Olivia SultanovSolution Marketing ManagerRocket Forum Shared Account------------------------------
Custom Dashboards provider users with a personalized and efficient way to monitor systems. Here’s a quick breakdown of what they are and why they’re useful: What are Custom Dashboards? Custom dashboards allow you to create tailored views of the most relevant information for your specific needs and responsibilities. Instead of being stuck with a pre-defined layout, you can choose the data and visualizations that matter most to you. Data Visualization: You can add various widgets to your dashboard to display data in different formats such as charts, graphics, tables, and gauges. This makes it easier to understand complex information at a glance. Real-time Monitoring: Many widgets update in real-time, giving you up-to-the-minute insights into the performance and status of your system. This helps you identify and address issues quickly. What are milestones, and do you actually use them? If not, you’re not alone—most users aren’t even aware of their importance. That’s why we’ve put together this post to explain what milestones are and how they can benefit you. What is a Milestone? Milestones are special events within a job flow that are considered important. They don’t have special processing rules or behavior compared to other events, but they serve as markers to help you easily identify and track critical points in your automated workflows. How Milestones are Used: · Monitoring: You can use the milestone flag to filter and view only the most critical events in your job flows, allowing you to focus on the most important tasks. · Reporting: Milestones can be used to generate reports on the progress of key activities and identify any potential bottlenecks/delays. · Alerting: You
