I know many LE callable services are supported in the ED LE370.dll.Many of these use the LE CEEIGZCT copybook but I cannot find it in ED.Is it available or do we need to create/copy it from elsewhere?

I have been recently hired by a company that creates their programs with Pick/BASIC. Where would be a good place for me to start learning this computer language? I have been learning a lot through my employment, but I would like to find something that could help me to accelerate my progress.

What happened to The Forum after the upgrade? We used to get an e-mail when somebody posted to a forum that we were registered on. Since the upgrade, nothing, nada, nil, zilch. So do we have to logon to see if there is interesting happening?

Greetings,I’m quite new on Exceed and I have a question regarding Exceed.It is used on two identical windows machines with identical Exceed configuration (xconfig) to display Scada UI.Windows PC 1 display large nice Fonts on Scada but windows PC 2 has Font size difference, they appear smaller. I was reading about Fonts might be missing and Exceed can use a failsafe Font in order to display a Scada environment. I this true and what can I do to verify that that fonts are used on both Exceed are the same?In the below pictures are the identical on both Win PC Exceed settings.Awaiting your advise. Kind regards,Panagiotis Galanos

Hi,Can someone suggest a contact at Rocket that I can use that who can provide and authorise an increase in users, specifically for an current mvbase installation. We want to add 11 users and have been trying for several weeks through our UK contact, but we are not making any progress. Can anyone else help please?  

We have many WebDE applications . We also use Wildfly(formerly JBoss) as our Java Appication Server. As such, we make use of RedBeans.jar and asjava.jar in order to make connections , create RedObject(s) RedField(s) etc. We also make use of the uObject ReadData, WriteData, DeleteData, ClearData, PostRead, PostWrite, PostCreateServerEvent methods and the uQuery Select method.I think WebDE with Microsoft ASP applications woild be similar.MVIS seems to not take into account the above. Universe says it now ships WebDE with MVIS but WebDE is also at its end of life. Also, WebDE only works with Java 8 so it is not keeping up with Java releases.There isn’t even a Forum for WebDE in this community.Does anyone else use WebDE with Wildfly or ASP? If so, are you concerned about the future of WebDE? Do you have plans for your WebDE applications and how you plan convert the uObject and uQuery methods once WebDE is end of life?

If you use Slack you can create a channel, and using the /feed command, get your personalized Forum feed delivered to you in real time.So how do you create a personalized feed?If you log onto the forum and head to your profile page, one of the tabs you'll see is "My Account," and "RSS feed" is an option on that menu. Add the forums you want to receive updates on and copy the feed link into your reader of choice. We create update STD calendars in December to exclude dates (holidays, etc.) to prevent jobs using the calendar from loading into the schedule.  These are normally updated once per year, however, one of the calendars were updated 2X since 10/2025.  While I don’t think it’s possible, does anyone know if there is function, job, etc., we can run that would show the calendar Holidays prior to 10/2025 for a specific calendar?

Hi, We have SSO setup on our iSeries and can use IBM emulators to connect with SSO. While trying to setup Rumba there does not seem to be an option other than a check box under the active security protocols when using the Rumba security service. Is there additional software needed or are there more current instructions other that the 8.0 question that's out there 

We are currently facing a critical issue with Accuterm 8. Our team has experienced intermittent session drops while actively working, causing the system to lock up. Although the Accuterm 8 sessions close abruptly, the AIX connection still appears active. Has anyone else had this experience? 

Can anyone think of a real-world use for the field/value/subvalue positions of a SAVING Field in a select list? An apparent UniVerse implementation decision results with BY clauses leaving only the ID or SAVING value in the select list, and BY.EXP adding value, field, and subvalue (record.idVvalueSfieldVsubvalue as documented in the keyword section for BY.EXP in the User Reference). During the sorting phase of BY and BY.EXP, the information serves a purpose. After sorting, I do not believe it serves any purpose. So, is there a real-world use for the field/value/subvalue positions of a SAVING Field in a select list? The SAVING value becomes the record ID of a subsequent SELECT or LIST. The SAVING Field would need to be an ID of file where a field/value/subvalue position holds some correspondence with a next BY.EXP and the original file and SELECT.
